Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed service customers, focusing on relationship and retention
  • Manage the execution of onboarding and technical projects, ensuring internal teams remain on task and deadlines are met
  • Conduct structured quarterly business reviews, track KPIs, and communicate outcomes and risks effectively
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a tech-focused environment (MSP preferred)
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of IT systems and platforms
  • Experience providing end-user technical support
  • Certifications such as A+, Security+, AZ-900, CISM, or CCNA
