Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager I for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either SMB/MM or ENT segments
  • Identify risks that may lead to customer churn and provide solutions to clients' pain points
  • Collect product and operational feedback from customers and drive adoption of platform features
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant client-facing work experience
  • Experience in fast-growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of achievement in previous roles
  • Self-starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments
