Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Corporate Enhanced Tier accounts and build trusted relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular account check-ins and Business Reviews to track progress and align on next steps
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute adoption and success plans, acting as a customer advocate
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Support
  • Interest in developing enterprise-level customer management and adoption skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects
  • Comfort in translating customer needs into structured plans
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services is a plus
