Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Corporate Enhanced Tier accounts and build trusted relationships with customers
- Conduct regular account check-ins and Business Reviews to track progress and align on next steps
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute adoption and success plans, acting as a customer advocate
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Support
- Interest in developing enterprise-level customer management and adoption skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects
- Comfort in translating customer needs into structured plans
- Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services is a plus
