Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Adobe Practice).
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate value realization opportunities and risks while supporting organizational change and driving client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in consulting or agency settings
- Experience with Value Realization methodologies and ROI measurement
- Familiarity with conducting client workshops to define success criteria and value metrics
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Basic understanding of business case development and consulting delivery methodologies
