Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts
- Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and driving retention strategies
- Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing client portfolios
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide value-added solutions
- Experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
