Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the customer journey phases including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, and renewals
- Translate customer technical needs to internal teams and provide feedback for product enhancements
- Develop account plans and strategies to increase platform usage and manage customer health metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in technology
- Proficiency in German is highly desirable
- Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams
- Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
- Knowledge of APIs and their functionalities
