Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the customer journey phases including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, and renewals
  • Translate customer technical needs to internal teams and provide feedback for product enhancements
  • Develop account plans and strategies to increase platform usage and manage customer health metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in technology
  • Proficiency in German is highly desirable
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams
  • Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
  • Knowledge of APIs and their functionalities
