Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Mid-Market team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Litify and Salesforce solutions to drive adoption and retention
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and SMB clients, ensuring successful launches and contract renewals
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop remediation plans in coordination with management
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably with a SaaS product
- 5 years of experience in direct customer-facing positions
- Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
- Demonstrable technical aptitude and experience in designing best practice solutions
- Aptitude for new technologies and creative problem solving
