Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote services and develop strategies to increase client engagement
  • Establish and manage revenue and SIM forecasts for clients
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain communication between clients and internal teams
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a key account manager in a Telecom or technical SaaS environment
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant fields
  • Experience in Sales and providing customer-focused solutions
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience in leading Customer Experience transformation or Customer Success programs
