Key Qualifications
- Previous experience as a key account manager in a Telecom or technical SaaS environment
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant fields
- Experience in Sales and providing customer-focused solutions
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience in leading Customer Experience transformation or Customer Success programs
