Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager III, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for top customers, including OE Retail and Aftermarket accounts
  • Define and create a new customer journey for eCommerce solutions while analyzing data to identify sales growth opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring product usage and liaising between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management experience in a SaaS e-commerce technology company
  • Experience advising on digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, SEM/PPC, and email marketing
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce
  • Bachelor's degree is heavily preferred
