Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong executive-level relationships to enhance product adoption and customer sentiment
  • Analyze product usage data to recommend features that improve customer experience
  • Develop customer strategies and success playbooks while monitoring outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Onboarding with complex software solutions
  • 3+ years of experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Recruiting, ATS, and/or HR Technology experience is a bonus
