Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong executive-level relationships to enhance product adoption and customer sentiment
- Analyze product usage data to recommend features that improve customer experience
- Develop customer strategies and success playbooks while monitoring outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Onboarding with complex software solutions
- 3+ years of experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Recruiting, ATS, and/or HR Technology experience is a bonus
