Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure at least 90 percent product adoption among assigned mid-level schools and districts through onboarding and training
  • Achieve a contract renewal rate of 90 percent or higher and maintain a quarterly churn rate below 5 percent
  • Drive a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate of at least 110 percent annually by identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role such as customer success or account management within the Mid-Market segment
  • Direct experience working in education as a teacher or within an EdTech company is strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence decision-making at the leadership level
  • Strong commitment to achieving success and exceeding targets
  • Experience in monitoring and triaging underperforming accounts
