Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships throughout their lifecycle and advocate for their needs
- Maintain high revenue retention rates and identify expansion opportunities
- Conduct periodic Business Reviews and ensure customers derive maximum value from solutions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Consultant or Customer Success Manager
- Experience in contact center and back office environments
- 3+ years working within a Software as a Service business model
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce.com, and ServiceNow is a plus
