Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships throughout their lifecycle and advocate for their needs
  • Maintain high revenue retention rates and identify expansion opportunities
  • Conduct periodic Business Reviews and ensure customers derive maximum value from solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Consultant or Customer Success Manager
  • Experience in contact center and back office environments
  • 3+ years working within a Software as a Service business model
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce.com, and ServiceNow is a plus
