Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate at-risk clients by building health scores and alert systems
  • Develop automated playbooks to help self-serve customers grow their usage
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Project Management, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data tools, preferably Hubspot Workflows
  • Experience deploying technology or support services, ideally with AI tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-oriented roles
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for customer outcomes
