Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Growth Customer Success to lead and evolve their customer success strategy for a growing portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-impact team of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers
- Execute a scaled customer success strategy, optimizing digital journeys and engagement programs
- Own retention and renewal performance while identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with pooled, digital-first customer success models
- Proven track record in retention, renewal, and expansion outcomes
- Analytical mindset to utilize customer and product data for execution
- Experience with CRM and CS platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk
