Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop enterprise accounts into high-value customers who advocate for the software
  • Manage complex software implementations for top accounts
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to managed accounts while collaborating with the Product team to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or relevant experience in the Title & Escrow industry
  • Significant experience in enterprise account management or direct sales
  • Proven track record of growing and delighting top accounts
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Technically fluent with the ability to solve problems independently
