- Develop enterprise accounts into high-value customers who advocate for the software
- Manage complex software implementations for top accounts
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to managed accounts while collaborating with the Product team to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or relevant experience in the Title & Escrow industry
- Significant experience in enterprise account management or direct sales
- Proven track record of growing and delighting top accounts
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Technically fluent with the ability to solve problems independently
