Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and predictive maintenance concepts
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking adoption and usage patterns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborating across multiple teams
