Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for approximately 100 customer accounts, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Guide customers to maximize their use of the platform, creating value plans and addressing inquiries or issues proactively
- Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and facilitate resolutions through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, customer success/account management, or sales experience preferred
- Customer value, ROI, and business outcome-driven mindset
- Experience in product training and comfortable with re-selling the service to customers
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting
- Project management skills and experience are a plus
