Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Customer Success team to enhance customer retention and expand service offerings by meeting operational metrics
  • Coach and develop Customer Success Managers to effectively support customers and partners
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure proper assignment of team members to new customers


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience - Preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a client success sales and/or service environment
  • Proven ability to build valuable business relationships with customers across complex organizations
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management - Preferred
  • Knowledge of operational data and compliance testing - Preferred
