Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Customer Success team to enhance customer retention and expand service offerings by meeting operational metrics
- Coach and develop Customer Success Managers to effectively support customers and partners
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure proper assignment of team members to new customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience - Preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a client success sales and/or service environment
- Proven ability to build valuable business relationships with customers across complex organizations
- Experience in customer service and relationship management - Preferred
- Knowledge of operational data and compliance testing - Preferred
