Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success role
  • Experience managing a book of business over $2M in annual revenue
  • Strong understanding of the corporate business world, with SaaS experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
