Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer retention and maintain Net Retention Revenue on assigned accounts
  • Manage an assigned book of business and collaborate across departments to provide exceptional customer service
  • Source expansion opportunities and drive customer value through successful onboarding and consultations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with retention and expansion playbooks
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and a high degree of commitment and resilience
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Shopping
