Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Fluent in German
  • Strong understanding of database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of customer portfolios
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring new members
