Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Fluent in German
- Strong understanding of database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of customer portfolios
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring new members
