Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - German Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • Fluent in German
  • Background in technology with an aptitude for learning about databases and cloud solutions
  • Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus
