Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Fluent in German
- Background in technology with an aptitude for learning about databases and cloud solutions
- Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration with sales and technical teams
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus
