Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide comprehensive training on software and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage account renewals, and advocate for client needs
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, address issues, and offer best practices for optimizing product use
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, customer success management, or account management in a SaaS organization
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and recurring revenue importance
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ChurnZero is a plus
  • Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
  • Ability to build trust and be viewed as a strategic advisor by clients
