Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships throughout the lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to senior marketing stakeholders
- Drive platform adoption and value realization, focusing on usage, customer outcomes, and goal achievement
- Lead customer onboarding, manage ongoing initiatives, and advocate for customers while maintaining product expertise
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management or customer success in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives
- Familiarity with Sales and Marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to lead technical implementations and deliver measurable business impact
