Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and platform usage
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned vertical markets and develop relationships with account Authors
  • Assess account health through proactive check-ins and recommend service plans and upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales
  • 2 years of experience in a SaaS or PaaS environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Proficiency with CRM software
