Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and platform usage
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned vertical markets and develop relationships with account Authors
- Assess account health through proactive check-ins and recommend service plans and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales
- 2 years of experience in a SaaS or PaaS environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Proficiency with CRM software
