Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for product implementation and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success
  • Experience managing the renewal process and meeting retention quotas
  • Strong project management skills with experience holding teams accountable to timelines
  • Experience interacting with technical products and developers, preferably in the DevOps space
  • Ability to advocate for both customers and the company effectively
