Job Summary

- Provide technical guidance and best practices for product implementation and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success
- Experience managing the renewal process and meeting retention quotas
- Strong project management skills with experience holding teams accountable to timelines
- Experience interacting with technical products and developers, preferably in the DevOps space
- Ability to advocate for both customers and the company effectively
