Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, leading onboarding and continuous value delivery
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while partnering with Business Development on renewals and pricing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or clinical operations
  • Experience with eClinical or digital health systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
  • Bonus: Experience in ophthalmology clinical research or familiarity with eSource and imaging platforms
