Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Mid/Senior (B2B SaaS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with top clients and influence retention, expansion, and churn rates
  • Identify client needs, conduct training, and drive product adoption
  • Report on activities, collect feedback, and create outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS customer success role
  • Ability to cover the PDT zone from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent
  • Experience with customer success or sales tools
  • Understanding of industry-standard KPIs and customer experience tools
