Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Mid/Senior (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with top clients and influence retention, expansion, and churn rates
- Identify client needs, conduct training, and drive product adoption
- Report on activities, collect feedback, and create outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS customer success role
- Ability to cover the PDT zone from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
- English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent
- Experience with customer success or sales tools
- Understanding of industry-standard KPIs and customer experience tools
