Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their relationship commerce objectives
- Take ownership of portfolio health, anticipate blockers, and drive actions for successful outcomes
- Educate customers on best practices and provide strategic recommendations to exceed business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of customer management/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
- Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, and Magento
- BS/BA degree required
- Advanced skills in Google Suite
