Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their relationship commerce objectives
  • Take ownership of portfolio health, anticipate blockers, and drive actions for successful outcomes
  • Educate customers on best practices and provide strategic recommendations to exceed business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of customer management/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
  • Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, and Magento
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite
