Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to deliver successful customer outcomes and support growth opportunities across Government accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day experience of assigned Government accounts, supporting retention and renewal activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand customer goals and execute account plans
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or Public Sector technology
- Experience supporting Government or public sector customers is strongly preferred
- B.A. and/or M.S. or equivalent experience
- US Citizen (non-dual) and eligible for Secret Clearance
- Strong project management experience in deploying projects and technology products
