Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to deliver successful customer outcomes and support growth opportunities across Government accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day experience of assigned Government accounts, supporting retention and renewal activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
  • Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand customer goals and execute account plans
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or Public Sector technology
  • Experience supporting Government or public sector customers is strongly preferred
  • B.A. and/or M.S. or equivalent experience
  • US Citizen (non-dual) and eligible for Secret Clearance
  • Strong project management experience in deploying projects and technology products
