Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management
- Experience in product training and a focus on customer value and ROI
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Empathetic approach with a passion for customer interactions
