Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring customers achieve their desired goals with the products
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize product value
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers to ensure timely contract renewals
Required Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-focused role
- Proven success in meeting portfolio goals, including net revenue retention and customer adoption metrics
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities across a multi-product portfolio
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software and the social services sector is a plus
