Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, onboard, and launch new clients while managing a book of business
  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of products and advocate for customer needs
  • Identify barriers to renewal and negotiate pricing details for account expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer relationship role managing SMB and Mid-market customers
  • Experience in customer adoption and relationship management within a SaaS organization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or customer management analytics software preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
