Key Responsibilities
- Coach, onboard, and launch new clients while managing a book of business
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of products and advocate for customer needs
- Identify barriers to renewal and negotiate pricing details for account expansion
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer relationship role managing SMB and Mid-market customers
- Experience in customer adoption and relationship management within a SaaS organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or customer management analytics software preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
