Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, onboard, and manage new clients while maintaining a book of business
  • Develop knowledge of products and services to provide expert consultation to customers

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer relationship role managing SMB and Mid-market customers
  • Experience in customer adoption and relationship management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or customer management analytics software preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Organized with exceptional follow-through
