Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer relationship role managing SMB and Mid-market customers
- Experience in customer adoption and relationship management in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce or customer management analytics software preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Organized with exceptional follow-through
