Job Summary

  • Guide customers in maximizing their business value through the platform and resolve complex issues
  • Monitor account health, proactively engage with customers, and facilitate resolutions to enhance customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles, customer success/account management, or sales experience preferred
  • A customer value and ROI-driven mindset
  • Experience in product training and comfortable with re-selling the product to customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Highly organized with project management skills and experience preferred
