Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for approximately 100 customer accounts, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Guide customers in maximizing their business value through the platform and resolve complex issues
- Monitor account health, proactively engage with customers, and facilitate resolutions to enhance customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, customer success/account management, or sales experience preferred
- A customer value and ROI-driven mindset
- Experience in product training and comfortable with re-selling the product to customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Highly organized with project management skills and experience preferred
