Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and satisfaction with their Digital Trust & Safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address business and technical challenges while managing customer relationships
  • Demonstrate the value provided to customers through strategic business reviews and consultative conversations
  • Act as a product expert, sharing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and advocating for customer needs internally


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a similar role
  • Experience in the fraud/payments ecosystem is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business and retaining revenue
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence change at all levels of a customer organization
  • Experience with SaaS-based products and comfort discussing complex technical concepts
