Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or similar customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers as the primary point of contact
  • Comfortable leading customer conversations and workshops independently
  • Familiarity with software products and the enterprise software development lifecycle
  • Proactive and ownership-driven in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
