Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own renewal strategy and lead pricing discussions to align renewals with long-term value realization
  • Identify and document cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Conduct formal QBRs to engage stakeholders and drive value-driven partnership dialogue
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management with a focus on revenue accountability
  • Experience managing a defined book of business and delivering structured QBRs
  • Ability to build structured account plans tied to retention and growth
  • Proven track record of identifying churn risks and executing retention plans
  • Experience in engaging with operational and executive stakeholders effectively
