Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own renewal strategy and lead pricing discussions to align renewals with long-term value realization
- Identify and document cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Conduct formal QBRs to engage stakeholders and drive value-driven partnership dialogue
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management with a focus on revenue accountability
- Experience managing a defined book of business and delivering structured QBRs
- Ability to build structured account plans tied to retention and growth
- Proven track record of identifying churn risks and executing retention plans
- Experience in engaging with operational and executive stakeholders effectively
