Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform adoption by understanding customer needs and guiding them through onboarding and engagement strategies
- Develop strong relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary contact for client escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager with Mid Market customers in the SaaS industry
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of 100-200 mid market accounts
- Proven track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage expectations
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
