Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on West Coast clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of products and services
  • Develop and monitor effective communication channels with customers and internal teams
  • Create and oversee action plans to track customer activities and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • 1-3 years of Customer Success Management or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity, and/or account takeover prevention is a plus
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships
