Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on West Coast clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of products and services
- Develop and monitor effective communication channels with customers and internal teams
- Create and oversee action plans to track customer activities and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- 1-3 years of Customer Success Management or customer-facing experience preferred
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity, and/or account takeover prevention is a plus
- Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships
