Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze usage data monthly to identify 'at risk' customers and uncover value optimization opportunities
  • Drive customer adoption through onboarding and proactive engagement to ensure successful use of services
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing low to medium spend accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success roles focused on delivering value
  • Experience building relationships across organizations
  • Experience in customer service and sales - Preferred
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) - Preferred
