Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success - Mid Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage CSMs to achieve adoption, retention, and expansion goals
  • Standardize processes for customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and advocacy while collaborating cross-functionally


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management; 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of SMB operations, particularly in restaurant/retail sectors
  • Proven results in customer retention and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
