Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage CSMs to achieve adoption, retention, and expansion goals
- Standardize processes for customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and advocacy while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management; 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of SMB operations, particularly in restaurant/retail sectors
- Proven results in customer retention and revenue growth
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
