Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic advocate for automotive finance and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, ensuring alignment between their objectives and the company's solutions
- Retain and grow customer accounts through proactive engagement and monitoring of product usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve internal processes for enhanced customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Partnership roles, ideally in B2B
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to forecast renewals and identify growth opportunities
- Experience managing global or enterprise-level accounts is preferred
- Proven ability to develop account strategies and customer expansion frameworks
- Knowledge of subscription-based data products and services is desirable
