Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 40-60 growth-stage merchants, focusing on retention and customer advocacy
- Develop a deep understanding of merchants' business goals and success metrics to enhance feature adoption
- Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with Sales for renewals and upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing a book of business in a SaaS environment, preferably with eCommerce and Shopify
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product behavior and integrations
- Experience supporting customers with semi-complex workflows or technology stacks
- Familiarity with data tools like Salesforce or Looker for assessing customer health
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve shared goals
