Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 40-60 growth-stage merchants, focusing on retention and customer advocacy
  • Develop a deep understanding of merchants' business goals and success metrics to enhance feature adoption
  • Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with Sales for renewals and upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a book of business in a SaaS environment, preferably with eCommerce and Shopify
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product behavior and integrations
  • Experience supporting customers with semi-complex workflows or technology stacks
  • Familiarity with data tools like Salesforce or Looker for assessing customer health
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve shared goals
