Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for SMB clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by proactively engaging with clients and decision-makers to understand their needs
- Deliver strategic account management to drive user engagement and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Provide personalized client onboarding and training through webinars on science communication topics
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Familiarity with key Customer Success metrics, including retention and expansion
- BSc or Master's degree in Life Sciences or relevant experience in science knowledge translation
- Experience hosting virtual webinars, workshops, or events is a plus
- Extensive experience working with industry customers, preferably in the BioTech or Pharma sectors
