Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote, EST preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives and assess value through performance reviews
  • Proactively identify areas for customer retention and growth, providing consultative guidance on solution optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Understanding of SaaS, software, hardware, and networks
  • Proven consulting skills with the ability to manage client expectations independently
  • Experience in business process orientation and hands-on client relationship management
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives effectively
