Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote, EST preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and value realization
- Develop Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives and assess value through performance reviews
- Proactively identify areas for customer retention and growth, providing consultative guidance on solution optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
- Understanding of SaaS, software, hardware, and networks
- Proven consulting skills with the ability to manage client expectations independently
- Experience in business process orientation and hands-on client relationship management
- Ability to lead projects and initiatives effectively
