Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle and achieving goals related to retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, expansion selling, and renewals
  • Lead customer retention initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to support new customers
  • Create success plans and conduct executive-level quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Success in digital media, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a substantial book of business
  • Project Management experience or skills are strongly desired
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Digital Marketing is strongly desired
