Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive adoption and reduce cyber risk exposure
  • Optimize and scale established Customer Success processes to support high-growth initiatives
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to enhance the customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber insurance, or risk management
  • Proven ability to navigate the entire customer lifecycle and achieve Net Revenue Retention targets
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with a track record of driving customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent relevant practical experience
