Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and integration, helping them launch their first campaigns
  • Consult clients on funnel optimization and provide strategic advice on user acquisition and campaign performance
  • Track client metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and relay customer feedback to the product team
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success within SaaS companies, preferably in the mobile industry
  • Solid knowledge of mobile analytics and user acquisition metrics
  • Fluency in English (B2+ or higher)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
