Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through onboarding and integration, helping them launch their first campaigns
- Consult clients on funnel optimization and provide strategic advice on user acquisition and campaign performance
- Track client metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and relay customer feedback to the product team
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success within SaaS companies, preferably in the mobile industry
- Solid knowledge of mobile analytics and user acquisition metrics
- Fluency in English (B2+ or higher)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Team player with a positive attitude
