Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 100 customers, ensuring their success and subscription renewals
• Consult with customers on best practices and recommend strategies to optimize their waste management solutions
• Analyze customer data to provide insights and motivate customers to implement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Customer Success or the waste management sector
• Prior experience in a SaaS industry is preferred
• Knowledge of waste management industry practices is desired
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to interpret metrics and make recommendations for improvement
